I have lived at Campus Lodge, now The Oasis since 2006 and ever since the new people came things are really getting better. The property is cleaner and safer and your work gets done in your apartment the same day you ask for it. The new manager is great! He even comes out of the office and talks to us when we come to the office.
The new people are tyring to make the property better and I know my roommate got evicted now becasue she wouldn't pay her rent. They don't like it if you don't pay your rent.
I will live here until I graduate and they are now doing some really good parties.
