I lived here from 1/2002-1/2004. When I initially moved in, I had to fight tooth and nail to replace the stained/burned carpet and the burned/mildewed linoleum in the kitchen. When these things were replaced, the tiles in the shower started falling off the wall and 4 complaints to management later, that too was fixed. The property manager was very understanding and once he was made aware of the issues, he acted promptly to rectify the situation. However, the management changed, and so did the last semblance of regard for the welfare of the residents. Not only was management rude, but maintenance was slow, and when they finally did arrive to address maintenance issues it was probably after the 3rd or 4th work order was 'filled out'. The recent hike in rent was not only uncalled for, but makes the apartment an unreasonable buy. The one bedrooms are pretty good size, but not worth the rent.
