When my wife and I moved into this place we were told the appartment would be painted and the carpets cleaned. As soon as we entered the empty apartment, we noticed that neither had been done. It was alright as long as you have enough posters or paintings and rugs to cover every square inch. These apartments are ancient. The faucets leak, we could smell the smoke from the apartment below and you can't go a night without hearing a loud car or dump truck. Overall, this apartment is lowsy. However, we managed to befriend a family of squirls. The only benefit is the free cable.
