It's okay for the Price and Tallahassee

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I have lived at casa Cordona for two years and have not had any MAJOR problems. Int he two years i went without water for 2 days cause a pipe burst by my apartment but they stayed out all night fixing it. When I moved in apartment was cleaned and when I renewed my lease they promptly came and cleaned the carpet. the complex is nice and they are flexible with late rent. NIce apartments, not the best in the world, but better than most in Tallahassee.
