Okay. Where do I begin. When I moved in May/'02 my toilet was not working. It would not flush unless you plunged it after every "you know what" and I do not mean the liquid stuff either. I put in a work order. They came to my apt. with a plunger in their hands. I told them I alreay plunged it and that's not what needed to be done. They plunged anyway. This sharades happend for a year. Within this year they replaced the actual toliet bowl (which was not the problem..I'm not a plumber but I know a problem when I see one and the toliet bowl was not one). Maintence came by several times to snake the toilet, and tracking outside dirt inside. My toliet constantly overflowed. Yuck!! It got to the point that I was tired of going to management and I went over HER head to her boss, which was in Orlando, FL. It took one call to him and my toliet shareds ended after a year. My first winter in Tallahasse I found out real quickly that my heater was BROKE! It was the coldest night that I figured this out real quick. I called 911 maintence and they brought me a tiny space heater that would barely heat my feet. The second time the my heater broke I called 911 maintence and not only did they not bring me that tiny space heater. THEY DIDN'T BRING ANYTHING AT ALL. I called several times and my calls went unanswered. I had to go to a next door neighbor and sleep on a couch that she was having a house party at. Imagine that and you have to be up early the next morning to take a test at school! Everyone knows about the metor holes that plagued Casa De Hell. It makes you look really bad when you are having people over your house and they have to play dodge to get to your apt. It makes you seem as if you are in the Ghetto. I lived on the first floor and my apt. leaked everytime it rained. And we all know how that going living in FL. My floor was soggy and stunk. They thought I spilled something and didn't believe that THEIR apt. leaked. These apts. are old as dinosaurs. After convence them that the building had a prob. they poured cement around the builing. I can go on and on. But, take it from everyone who had commented. DO NOT STAY AT CASA CORDOBA APARTMENTS IN TALLAHASSEE, FL. better yet do yourself a favor and do not stay at any Crawford Realty.
