I ahve stayed at three different apartment complexes in Tallahassee, and although I did not like ANY of them Casa Cordoba was not the worst by far. The biggest complaint I had was the pot holes in the parking lot, but they have been repaved and makes the complex look 1000 times better. Maintenance is usually pretty quick and responsible. Not too bad, but not the best either. The horror stories on here are EXTREME but know that a tenant will have complaints at any apartment they are at.
