I stayed here from 8/02-8/04. When I initially moved the apartments weren't to bad: New carpet, new paint, new refridge. Nothing major happened in my apartment for the first year. The second year was horrible. The toilets broke, the kitchen sink clogged up(because of the upstairs apartment) and windows would be broken. Maintenance would arrive pretty quickly but only do quick fix jobs. Then they increased the rent to make it not an economical buy.
