This place seems nice on the outside but beware of the structural defaults. First of all I requested a second floor apartment and they gave me a downstairs telling me it was their were nomore second floors available. I lived in a downstairs apartment and every time it rained the balcony area would fill with water like a wading pool (nobody was thinking to make the concrete higher when they designed the balcony) my living room, dining room, and bedroom flooded with water that seeped through the carpet. Almost all of my furniture and personal items were damaged. I tried to inform management what caused the problem but they didn't do anything but put haystacks on the edge of the balcony to prevent the water from coming inn. This continued to happen and I had to move all my furniture in the center of the room just so it wouldn't get wet. I finally demanded them to release me from my lease and threatened to sue because they gave me a faulty apartment. The water damage was so bad my apartment was smelling like mold and mildew and I had to leave. The day I moved out mold was growing on the walls form the water. They returned my deposit and additional money for damages. It's a good thing I had renter's insurance too because they were avoiding paying for damages. DO NOT stay here. I have friends that still live there and they complain of various things too. Looks nice on the outside but try to avoid the temptation.
