It's actually not that bad despite what people say. I'm moving out in 2 weeks (since I am graduating) and it's a pretty decent place to live if you don't mind waiting awhile to get stuff fixed.

I lived on a second floor apartment and never had a problem with anything really besides our dryer always being on the fritz. They aren't the highest quality apartments, but overall, they're great for your dollar. I have only had to deal with parties 3 times all year and even those didn't bother me in my apartment -- you could just occasionally hear the bass from cars. I would recommend this place to others if they are looking for somewhere cheap.

OH and the best thing is, there are no parking stickers, so your friends can come visit without being towed! I always park directly in front of my building and have never had a problem. That's a great perk of this apartment complex.
