i can honestly say that moving to casa cordoba was a huge mistake and i hope prospective renters think twice about living there. throughout the extent of my stay we had numerous maintenance issues that weren't fixed. our a/c broke twice and we only got it fixed by going directly to the maintenance man. the doors to the storage closet were interior doors so if you can imagine they were extremely warped and would not shut. at one point our washing machine leaked into the master bedroom and although we were promised the carpet would be cleaned to remove the odor it never happened. there were holes in the walls that hadn't been patched correctly. there was a leak in the bathroom from upstairs that was never fixed.
aside from maintenance issues, management never really did anything to help us out. any time i needed something fixed i would have to remind them almost every day and some things i just learned to live with b/c i knew they would never get fixed. they're willing to rent to anyone as long as they get their money. even corporate management in orlando fails to respond to complaints.
i witnessed a few drug deals from neighboring residents, constantly heard loud music coming from neighbors and cars. there was always trash all over the property.
the only good thing was the dog park which wasn't really all that great either. if it weren't for the garbage and broken bench it could be a really nice area for pets.
our apartment was broken into at one point and overall i just did not feel safe in that neighborhood.

this property is now under knew management so you should have no more problems .
