Our first night here we had to battle roaches, we must've killed at least 20 of them. The next day we complained, and it took them a week to call the pest control guy. After that, we haven't recieved pest control even though our rent includes monthly pest control.
The guy that runs this place, Dave, is such a rude person. Every time I go to him about something, he interrupts me and says whatever he can to get me to go away, but then nothing ever is resolved when something is broken.
The apartments aren't very nice, the carpeting sucks and there are crappy patches on our walls, and the bathrooms and kitchens are outdated and disgusting! There are absolutely no lighting fixtures, only a outlet that is controled by the light switch.
Really, don't do this to yourself.
