Management is horrible at taking care of request. When I moved into my apartment it smelled like old mold, my dishwasher didn't work, there were water stains all over my roof, and cracks in the doors and counters. I complained for months with nothing being done. I even called the regional manager. The only thing he did was give me 1/2 off my rent because the complex told him that they had taken care of everything on my list. After being fed up I finally decided to notify the Better Business Bureau. That produced results and extremely fast. If I would have known that was all it took I would have done it sooner. After I reported them I didn't have any other problems out of them.
