Casa Cordoba was fun while it lasted, but now that I'm no longer a paying resident, they're trying to stick me with a very unjustified bill. Good luck getting back your security deposit or any other positive balance at the end of the year - according to the person in the office, everyone had a balance owed at their move out! My roommates and I had a very good year in the complex, but now that we've moved, Crawford Management is trying to pin over $600 of fees on us for "move-out repairs". We re-painted and cleaned the place very well before we left. We asked them to produce their invoices and they STILL haven't show up significant proof that these fees were in fact legitimate. If anyone else is having the same problem (and from the buzz around the leasing office they are) Send me an e-mail at cassy_b_sassy@hotmail.com. We are prepared to take this to court and if there are in fact other former tenants being charged with these outrageous fees we can file class action lawsuit and show that just because we're college students doesn't mean you can take us for all we're worth.
