I lived at Casa Cordoba and paid the "hassel free move out fee" and an additional "pet deposite" as well as "pet rent" now that I moved out they are claiming that none of that money covers damages or cleaning charges. So move in if you dare but be aware that in addition to the money you pay to move in they will be charging you just as much to move out. So just double the "hassle free moveout fee" and decide if it is really worth that much to live there. I would say probably not since I heard gunshots almost every night.
