I think that this place has really flipped from the place that it was 2 years ago. When I moved in there was alot of things promised but never done. There was an old man for a manager by the name of Dave who had split personalities. Gosh.... he was terrible and weird. It was a relief to get someone in the office who really knows what they are doing and whats going around here. For a while we had dumpsters that sat in the front of our building that smelled awful until new management had it removed.There were young guys for maintenance who hung out after hours in and out my neighbors apartment. The old man manager hung out with them too.The grounds had serious trash and OH MY GOSH .. the dumpsters were always over flowing. I cant say that I have had alot of work orders but when I reported them in the past to the old manager or the office they were never done. I just stop asking for heat and bought myself a plug in heater. When the new management took over, the manager herself and a maintenance guy came to my apartment to check for any problems in the unit. After reporting to them that I had not had heat for a while, maintenance returned the same day to repair. To be honest the place was just not being ran right. It just seemed like no one cared. MY OPINION IS: I think this place is great!!!!!

Um... no I'm not from the ghetto. You obviously have never seen the ghetto huh? This place is far from the ghetto dummy. Thanks for your thoughts though,I still believe this is a nice place to live. Buy your self a dictionary and get the full definition before labeling.....LOL.
