I used to live there for 3 years, and after I moved I still have yet to hear about my deposit that's owed to me!! My lease ended July 31st. At first the new manager claimed I didn't have a deposit coming to me, and that I never paid a deposit. Little does she know I did and she WASN'T here when I paid it. They have poor record keeping in the office from multiple manager changes and I even had to fix my own door after multiple requests to the office. AND don't let me get started on the AC unit, constantly freezing up (in both apts I stayed in there). Once our water heater went out and without notifying us, an electrician came by on a Saturday to fix the AC and was gonna cut my power for 4 hors, just before I was about to have a BBQ. All in all the only reason stayed there b/c the rent was cheap but with this new lease for 2008-2009 the wanted to RAISE rent!!! (but keep the same poor service)...So I moved and I don't recommend anyone to stay there. The only good thing about Casa Cordoba is the parking...
