Wow, what a horrible place to live. I don't even really know where to start. Well, when I first moved in -------------was running the place. He was a complete jerk and I didn't like him, but he got stuff done and didn't take any crap. The place was way better for the first year or so that I lived here. The grounds were kept up better, the maintenance was better, the tenants weren't as noisy and were generally better people. Then this stupid woman ------- started running the place. First, when I was renewing my lease she tried to charge me for a dog that I didn't have. Then she became a pain about maintenance; you tell her something and she assures you it will be fixed and then it isn't...you go back and she gives you some BS excuse and says it will be fixed and it still doesn't get fixed. You have to fight with her until it gets done, and no this wasn't just a one time experience. Maybe it's because there is like only one guy who works maintenance anymore, and I see him stopped in his gold cart talking to people more than actually working. He just rides around looking dumb and lost. When -------------was running the place he was actually out keeping stuff up and making sure people were following the rules...along with a bunch of kids and adults who worked maintenance and constantly were around the complex doing different things. Oh and now lets start talking about the grounds. There didn't use to be trash everywhere, now there is trash beneath my stairs from horrible neighbors, trash all over the grass and in front of the buildings, trash in the parking lot, trash strewn all about near the dumpster constantly, and the laundry room is always a complete mess with dirty machines and dirt all over the floor. Also, people take their junk mail out of the mailboxes and throw it on the floor next to it so there is mail everywhere. Dogs roam free like other people have said, and people walk their dogs in front of buildings and everywhere they please, so there is dog crap everywhere. I just love walking out of my apartment and seeing dog crap on the sidewalks and on the grass in front of the building.

The biggest issue though is the residents. Since new management took over it seems like any trash person who walks through the front door can get an apartment here. There are constantly black guys standing outside near their cars either playing music loudly or selling drugs. People get in fights all the time and I've heard at least 3 girls in the last 4 months screaming like they are being assaulted or raped and cursing at guys. All of the neighbors around me slam their doors constantly and yell loudly about stuff at all hours of the day in broken english, even though there are supposed to be quiet hours. Cars blare their horns loudly in the parking lot for people to come out....one car blared its horn for about 5 minutes straight last week. My old neighbors used to party until 4AM and then I'd leave for class the next day and there would be trash everywhere and cigarette butts all over....until they got evicted for not paying their rent. Have you ever heard of a background check ------- or are all these people just allowed to live here because you're trash too'

Oh and Hobos are allowed to walk around the complex...one was digging through the garbage the other night when I was throwing away my trash.

Anyway, if you're thinking about this place...don't. It sucks and if I wasn't so close to being done with school I would just move somewhere else. The rent is way too expensive and even though the apartments are big...they are like 30 years old so they are not in good shape. I'm seriously thankful I haven't been shot or robbed yet since I've been living here, but there's always the chance since I'm still living here. Thanks a lot new management for all of your hard work...not.

ya know if you are going to take the time to write all this garbage then you should NOT be Anonymous. if i thought so bad about a place i lived then i sure would want EVERYONE to know who i was. i agree 110% about how retarded the manager is. she is RUDE CRUDE AND OBNOXIOUS and i think her chair has her inprint of her behind becouse if she would get out and be seen on the property then she MIGHT know what is going on from day to day and all the drugs thats on the property and the COURTESY OFFICER...rofloao he is a joke...he needs to take care of the property and at leat be seen every now and then,,,so put that in your pipe and smoke it..ya might be a buzz....lol...everyone else does on that property...

Negative, Negative, Negative! Well, we have a ------- American President now. Can't we all just get along. I mean can't we describe people without saying thier color? I have been here for 2 years and the only reason I renewed is because of the manager who happens to be an ------- American women. She has really turned this place around considering on how the place used to be in 2007. The office people and the old man manager before her were horrible. My thoughts are: Change has come. Lets just accept it.

I couldn't agree with you more. The old man was a jerk and an idiot, and the new woman is just plain stupid. Watch out, she tells you one thing one day and then it is totally different the next day. The junk mail is always blowing in the wind too, and you better stay on the sidewalk to dodge poop. And loud music, cursing and screaming like fighting? Yeah, I hear it all the time, even over my TV. And I am so scared I keep my blinds closed too. I see other girls jogging around a lot. They should seriously re-consider, especially what they are wearing. You did not mention the pool, but you can't lay out at the pool without some of these people hanging over the fence staring at you. And you are right about the people hanging out in groups in the parking lot. I have lived here three years and I am gone this summer...thank GOD!
