When we signed the lease we were told that we would have a washer and dryer hook-up, but we didn't, so now our washer and dryer are sitting on the back porch.
You have to call at least three times, usually many more for a maintenance person to visit, even in a maintenance emergency.
Also, we have recently had bats in our house - now, four days later, maintenance has still not visited to close off the chimney or do anything about the bats.
It is definitely worth it pay a little more or live a little further from school to be able to sleep at night. I don't know how anyone sleeps here with so many people driving in the parking lot with their sub woofers blaring at all hours of day and night.
