Don't bother with even viewing this complex, or any of the complexes owned by this company. These people are prime examples of 21st century slum-lords. They tried to move me in to an apartment (supposed to be furnished) with no furniture, beer cans in the sink, cigarette butts in the closet, a large surprise in the toilet bowl, closet doors on the floor and in the bathtub, bugs (large and small), no screens on the windows, the key they gave us didnt work in the lock, and more. After walking into this, I returned to the office to get the manager. She came with me back to the apartment to see what was wrong. As we were negotiating moving into a CLEANER unit, she tried to hide a 4-inch palmetto bug by kicking it under the fridge- yes, I saw you do that. So they upgrade us from a 2br/1.5bath to a 2/2 for the same price- I wonder why'! Silly me, I expected the unit to be ready. Painters were still there and I had to wait 4 hours to move in which made me late for returning the UHAUL truck and I had to pay late fees. In my next review, I will explain what was wrong with the second unit they put me in!!
