I have only lived here for about 4 months, and I am already looking for somewhere else to move. Since the day I got here, its been nothing but a hassle. Our apartment was not finished being "remodeled" if that is what you want to call it, so we were just sort of floating around around for a couple when they puts us into another apartment. Well, there was a lot of maintenence that needed to be done in that one, which they wrote in the lease would be done by a certain time, and its about 2 months since that day has passed, and its still not finished. The management here is a joke, they never get anything done, and when you try to ask them questions, they never have an answer, or tell you they will get back with you, and never do. This building is really old, so I can always here everything from the people next door and above me. Right now I type this, I can here the person above me talking on his cell phone. I can even hear what the guy on the other line of phone is saying. I can also hear the neighbors bass from their stereo that live next door. I also have problems with bugs here. I don't really have cockroaches, but tons of flies all the time. They seem to come in every single time I open the door. There are also centipedes here. I always see them crawling across the tile. I had to get a bug bomb.

If you don't mind any of the things I just said, basically it would be a good place to live. The set up of the apartments is nice, and its a pretty good price. I walk to school every now and then, and I always walk to the football games. Utilities can be high though sometimes, because its such an old building, that it isn't insolated very well. There are mostly college kids here, and lots of parties and noise, so not so great for the serious college student. They only allow pets that are less then 35 lbs, and are considered a non aggressive breed. The pet fee is $300.
