I am living here for 2 years now and I am sick of it! The maintenance' Can't find it. I have a tap leaking for 7 months now, I have asked already 3 times to be repaired, it is still not done. Same for the water coming from the roof and leaking into the apartment when it is heavily raining. The swimming pool is always dirty and unusable. The managment changed 1 year ago. It has gone from poor, to non existant. Only the rent has increased by 15% but not the service. As a example, the AC filter in my apartment has not been changed since 1993!! yes 10 years ago!!! something that should be changed every few months!
Cockroachs are everywhere...
Well I could write lines and lines describing the poor managment and the inexistant maintenance. The bottom line is that it is far too expensive for what you get, the only advantage' the proximity of FSU. Do yourself a favor, don't come, I hope myself to go soon...
