Chapel Terrace apartments are by far the worst apartment complex in tallahassee. When I moved into my apartment, the apartment was not cleaned, there were roaches everywhere, the carpet was not laid down, and there was 2 big holes in the wall. I had orginally signed a lease stating that I would have an apartment with a washer/dryer however when I moved in the apartment was not even equipped to have a washer or dryer. And to add to things I had no blinds for about 1 month, which forced me put up sheets to the window. The leasing agent (Carla) is the main problem, it puzzles me how she got the job. She never seems to know anything about when a repair can be made, or anything else for that matter. I believe that her parents or friends own the complex so that may account for her lack of customer service. My only warning is to not get persuaded by the nice layout of the apartments and its close proximity to campus, because the mangagement and high prices (the building old so utilities are high and they increase rent each year by 15%.)
