All the things that people say about their apartment seem to be normal with living in an apartment. Are there bug and roaches' yes, it's gross, but there is really nothing that strange about living in an older building in a tropical climate. I don't think that we ever had a maintance request, but the things that we asked them to do (like pick up the out of date fire extinguisher) were done.
The pool is not kept up very well.
My biggest complaint is that management moved off site for most of the year, which makes paying rent a pain.
I had new carpet, new tile floors and quite good appliances.
My door handle was pretty much falling off when I moved in and the hole for the deadbolt was never drilled far enough. I fixed both instead of dealing with management.
I have not moved out yet, so i am anxious about how they are about security deposits.
Nothing special here, but it seems to be safe and have not have a noise problem.
