I've lived here for roughly 2 years now. The first year I lived here, under Booth, it was great. I'd even become good friends with the maintenance guy who took care of my problems whenever I had them. Then, when IPad took over, I had non-stop problems. My A/C went out 8 times in a period of 3 months, each time taking up to a week for them to fix (in the middle of summer!) Then, my toilet had some issues, and it took them 4 days to fix, although on the website it specifically states that if there is only one toilet in the unit, it is classified as an emergency and must be fixed within 24 hours. I tried contacting after hour maintenance and the guy just looked at it, did nothing. I have massive mold problem that they've yet to fix. The walls are very thin, so you can hear every step the person above you makes. Lastly, parking has become a huge issue, as there are very few visitor spots available.
Don't get me wrong, it's not all bad. The rooms are spacious, its pet friendly, and there is a large area that is almost like a "shared backyard". Don't use the volleyball court as dogs frequently crap in them. And being close to FSU, TCC, Publix, and a variety of other things is very convenient.
