Everything the people write in the other reviews are true. the old management was very good, then Booth took over and raised the rent AND forced me into paying utilities when my lease said nothing about it. when i tried to contest it with a lawyer, they ignored everything until i gave up. they promised roommate matching and came up short. the music and people are so LOUD all the time,no one cares how much their bass is bothering people.former tenants in the apt across from mine used to party several times a week and drunkenly knock on my door late at night and it didn't stop till they died in a drunk driving accident. i've been wanting to get the hell out of here ever since booth took over.

i wouldn't give up. contact the BBB and look at the lease carefully. you shouldnt have to pay utilities if they were paid for you prior and its in the lease. if you keep trying, you ought to be able to get all of that utility money back PLUS the rent difference, as they can only charge you the price you signed on the lease.
