I have lived here for a year and am just waiting for August to come so I can get out of my lease. When I moved in they didn't clean anything, the dryer was broken, my bed was old,and the dish washer leaked. It took two months of dealing with corporate to get this fixed. I was constantly going to sleep by the sound of gun shots. Also, the office is very unorganized. They recently changed management again(which is a joke it's just Booth Properties in disguise) and they can't get their ---- together. There were constant robberies...and an apartment even caught on fire. It was HELL. If you want to live somewhere infested with mold and with dog ---- everywhere then feel free to sign a lease. If you do just know that you'll be begging for your lease to end. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

I lived at Charter Oaks for a year in 2002. I can't believe they're still getting away with this crap.
