I needed to find an apartment that allowed dogs and was very happy when I found Chartre Oaks. There's a great open field near the pool, perfect for dogs. The pool is pretty quiet so I lay out there a lot and study. I live in a 1/1. The size and layout are great. It's not a brand new complex, so the kitchen's are a little dated. I brought this up to the property manager (Tanner) just in conversation and the next week he had a whole crew in there redoing my floors and got me some new appliances! This totally wasn't needed, but I'm glad I have the update. The property manager is definitely a people person and will go out of his way for you. The PM at my last place was a nightmare so I'm glad to have one that actually does his job and is friendly!! He's very prompt and timely. I've already resigned my lease for next year. Parking is good and there are more than enought spots for visitors. I would definitley recommend this place, especially if you have animals.
