The apts are cute (save for the washing/drying being in the middle of the living room) but they are old and the bathrooms are dated. B/c of the age/structure of the apt the utility bill is ridiculous. The management or lack there of is ridiculous. DON'T LEASE FROM A LANDLORD!! Make sure your condo is managed by the property if not its your landlord's responsibilty to CALL the office and place the work order for you. That would be fine if your landlord has any concept of FL climates. If not it could take MONTHS for a problem to get fixed. Lets see, shower head was broke (got a new one 2 months later). Heat on the A/C unit broke, in FEB and IT STILL ISN'T FIXED TO THIS DAY (6/29/07)!!!! A/C unit started to leak water and spread. Nobody ever came out. The doors are old and don't fit. and the refridgerator is old and small. but it does have new carpet and countertops, w/d in unit (big plus but it is small) and the overall set up is nice. And exactly a year later we still only have 2 screens for the 6 windows the apt has. Can't wait to leave. Deville blows.
