My daughter lived here for a year and I have NEVER seen a business so poorly managed. The manager/bookeeper is incompetent and always sent out eviction notices to people who were current on their rent, made erroneous claims of rule violations to earn income, and would aviod speaking with people directly when she was found to be in the wrong. Physically, the place is acceptable, but the managment makes this living environment unbearable. They never deliver notices per their own rules and try to hold you accountable when they are unwilling to following thier own rules and guidelines. I am convinced that they are mismanaging the finances and attempt to charge people fees, so to cover up their own mismanagement. And I am still waiting for my refund 8 months later...
