I stay in College Club for a year and it was the WORST experience in my life. SHOOTING, FIGHTING, THEFT, and UNORGANIZED MANAGEMENT! I live next door where there was a SHOOTING outside my apartment and the bullets went through my neighbors window and bathroom. Sad to say CollegeClub didnt do anything about it! Management acted like it never happen and tried to cover it up!!!!! Also, CollegeClub doesnt inform you when you owe money, have past due account, ect. CollegeClub lets the overdue payments add and add and add on and then when its reach a EXTRODINARY AMOUNT they'll send you a piece of paper (instead of calling!) in your mailbox.
I could go on and on but my advise for you is DO NOT MOVE HERE!
