I am a current resident at College Club and this is my second year here (Renewal Lease was signed by mistake), with that said College Club is one of the WORST places any student could choose to live. The complex is basically a nice project, with a Flatscreen television and securtiy. The office staff is okay, but the guy JASON who seemingly is the face of the complex, is a complete jerk. He spends his days hooking up with students, but lacks the capacity to complete the tasks that he is supposed, better known as his JOB!!!! So back to the complex, there are shoot outs, loud parties, music blasting from the cars at 12:00am on school nights, and they definitely don't pay attention to the roommate matching forms. It's ashame to say but as an FSU student I feel that things are better handled on our side of the tracks!!!!

I think that some of these things happen at College Club, but for the most part, it is a great place to live. I have had a few times where I was in need of some help. The guy Jason who this person above speaks so bad about helped me out and went above and beyond.

I had similar experiences of the author. College club sucks eggs big time!
