Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
I lived there for 3 months with no hot water. That's right, wash dishes in cold water, took cold showers, and washed laundry in cold water. I eventually took them to court to sue for the rent I had been paying. What a mess. Then at renewal time, they actually asked if I was going to renew...NO! The day I moved out, 4 other familys in the same building also left. Do yourself a favor, save on court costs, and do not move here.
