I moved in on a special fist month free keep in mind rent 620 includes 25 for water, sewer, and pest control...( 25 not included in special and was not specified in lease and was not told to me) a month later they harassed me for 25 dollars and the property manager was very rude and hung up in my face. The washer and dryer suckssss. Very old property. For 620 dollars it is not worth it. As far as it being discounted due to income, thats a bunch of bull 620.00 dollars for a 2b 1b is standard. Stay Away!!!!
