I can agree with every negative thing expressed in the opinions above mine, this place is a wreck. Not everyone who works here is to blame, I can sympathize with some of the maintenance people who work here, they strive to do a good job, but lack the management support in every way to do it. Must be frustrating!!!

Anyway, to carry on... yes it's true! One garbage bin that at times in the summer is left for weeks and overflows until the stench makes its way into the aparments. Talk about disease and the rodents that carry it! Out toilet rocked shortly after we moved in, when you sat down on it, and raw sewage leaked out of it for 3 months until an outside plumber fixed it. As far as dog feces, plenty of it... but thats more the fault of the "unwelcome to decent people" tenants that this now-Section 8 complex has been letting in. Dont let the look fool you... the pond out back turns into a sludgehole in the summer, and yes cable is rotten and they wont let you use anyone other than their second-rate provider. What's the point. I could go on and on, but they dont respond to calls, termites and other pests are allowed to run rampant... apathy and indecision control the "management" at this place. DONT LIVE HERE!!!! STAY AWAY AND DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID!!!!!!!
