pay your rent-get a leak

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
From the 1st day we moved in we have had problems. The apartment was not even ready for us and they had more then a wk to get I ready. Some of the problems we have since then are still here. And it seems like everytime you pay your rent the ceiling starts to leak. And mold is climbing up my bathroom wall!!!!
