At first I was not pleased with Woodlake to be honest. As time passed the progressed. Maintenance has been arriving in a timely manner. Maintenace does not clean up after them selves. It is very quite. The outside has been geting very dirty. As far as the spa, pool, and so forth being dirty, I have not visited those areas of the complex. Thier policys and stories chage all the time. Some staff members can be very nice and others are very nasty, but you win some and loose some. My apartment has been in a working condition. Once the water was out and the compensated me for the time I missed at work. They can be reasonable.
