The walls/ceilings/floors are so thin you can hear your neighbors walking above you or using the toilet across from you. They don't allow certain aggressive breeds (pits, rotties, etc), but everyone has them and lets them go off leash. No one cleans up after their dogs, so look out for the piles of dog ----. Forget about getting anything repaired. I've lived here over a year and my ice maker still doesn't work. People leave their cats outside and other people leave their trash out all night and in the morning, the cats have ripped into the trash and strewn garbage everywhere. Speaking of garbage, there is only one trash compacter at the entrance of the complex and 50% of the time it doesn't work so there are piles and piled of trash bags and junk sitting outside of the trash bin that takes forever to get cleaned up. You can find a better place to live for less rent and much less headache and hassle.
