Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
Have lived in this complex for 2 years. Parking and noise has been a moderate pain, but maintenance has been the worst. Not sure if it's the maintenance crew, the office or both, but our maintenance list has been steadily growing over the past 3 months and we're still waiting for the first item to get fixed. As the other review mentioned, our bathroom is infested with mold as well. How do they fix it, they kaulk over it...how does that help!'! If you are torn between this place and another, choose the ohter.
