I've lived here for 8 months now and I have a 2 brm / 2 bath. My first impression was not good considering there is a income/salary cap just to move in here ($42K). The managment has just changed again (but this seems to be a trend or fashion with older apts. - changing managment every year or so). The spa and pool are always out of order it seems. The gym is a joke. Our apt. does have decent sq ft (900 I think). However, the biggest downfall to this place (as any resident will verify), there is only 1, yes ONE trash ben - hard to believe huh' So people often stack trash atop their car
and drive to the trash ben. To be honest, Tallahassee has more to offer, this place is going to the dogs quickly, the location is good if you work near killearn (but most of us work downtown or on campus). My advice, pass this place up, look for something newer and cheaper.
