I've learned my lesson about this place-I wouldnt reccomend Woodlake( now re-named Cypress Pointe)to my worst enemy. There is currently a big lawsuit against this place for the mold and mildew that is so prevalent here. Why' Because the plastic cheap pipes are 20 years old and spring leaks like clockwork. Maintenence is incompetent and LAZY. They are always just sitting around on their golf carts talking, with exception of the painter, a very nice and helpful guy. The managers are eager to please the penny-pinching owner, and they will walk all over the poor tennants in order to do so. My appt was so bad when we moved in I cried,it was dirty from top to bottom-i had to scrub mold and pubic hairs from the bathroom floor, the linolium was peeling up, the bedroom window was broken-they never fixed it-dirt was everywhere-I was worried for my health. We have a boat in the parking lot- it is dark and unlit at night-and one morning we woke up to find the boat in the middle of the road instead of its spot. It is bad enough that i cannot see at night when i walk my dog out there-but now i have to worry about the safty of my car and boat as well. The laundrymat is inadequit-only 6 washers-people will toss your laundry out to the floor in order to do theirs. Also-bums sleep in the pool bathroom, laundromat and gym at night. The "sparkling pool" was closed by the health dept. all summer and the gym equipment is ancient, the spa is closed, and the big screen tv in the office is also broken- so much for ammenities!
