The name changed and the office staff changed again! The previous managers were changing the place, we finally were getting the buildings washed and the ammenities were all working, the pools were clean. Now they bring back the same management company that was fired two years ago! What's up with that' I remember what it was like back then, LEAKY ROOFS, green pools, loud neighbors and it was like pulling teeth to get things fixed in my apartment. Changing your name doesn't hide your credit file, these owners don't pay their bills is what my neighbor said, she commented on calling any service company in town and asking them about Woodlake At Killearn now Cypress Point! You will most likely here the words: Cut off for non payment! I'm moving soon!
