This place is a slum. They rent to low income types. Poorly lit at night. Apartments are dirty, moldy and in desparate need of serious renovation. Management changes hands frequently. Maintenence is awful. They never repaired my front door or garbage disposal despite my repeated requests. When I moved in, I marveled how they just painted right over several roaches in the bedroom. Upon moving out, the former manager kept my security deposit without a reason. They do not honor the lease. The City charges for trash removal, despite the lease terms, and three other utilities that management failed to mention. Stay away from here. Barrington Park is the best place for professionals in Tally.
