For the first 4 or 5 months, everything was okay. They had just been taken over my a new management company (who, come to find out later, was the same company under a different name, trying to avoid creditors). Then, they started coming around to my apartment without permission, then charging me for it.

Pest control is a joke, there are hives and ants and bugs all over the place.

The cleaning lady, who is (theoretically) supposed to clean your apartment before move-in, is a known prostitute. My apartment was so grodd when I moved in. There was paint dust *everywhere*, though I know she was in there while I was at work after I got my keys, as her cleaning supplies were still there. I spent more time cleaning than unpacking when I first moved in.

They tried to change the rules and regulations on residents' leases in the middle of the lease term, which is illegal.

Maintence is the only familiar faces on that staff as all the inside office staff leaves after about 3 weeks, so nothing gets done. Except for painting the sidewalk in front of the office every month; that gets done. But try getting a lightbulb changed in a hall light.

When my lease was up, nobody in the office bothered to tell me it was up. I finally went in there about 2 months later, when I finally noticed it was up, I went in there to sign on for month-to-month, as I was leaving in a few months, and didn't want to resign for another year. 30 days before I planned to leave, I sent in my Notice to Vcate to them (FL law only requires 15 days on Month-to-Month). Their responce was the I owed them for May's rent (payed 3 days before I sent them the letter), June's rent and an Early Termination fee on the lease (that I don't have).

They are constantly harrassing the people who live here. It is ridiculous.

Save your sanity, and find someplace else to live. At least until "Pinnacle" is no longer the management company.

You must have been someone who worked the office and did not do their job so was fired, I say that to all that bad mouth Pinnacle, talking about the staff is one thing but involving Pinnacle they must have fired you.
