While I didn't have any problems with management, my apartment constantly had problems with its water. Sometimes there was no hot water, sometimes no cold water, and often no water at all. Sometimes management would inform you when the water would be turned off, but most of the time it would be a surprise.

Apparently there was a leak in my upstairs apartment causing problems for the one below it, because on two separate occasions I came home from work to find the wall behind the toilet and the shower completely cut open so that the pipes were exposed. The walls and tile were eventually replaced both times after a couple of weeks of waiting, but I was never told what the problem was, when maintenance would be entering my apartment, or whether the problem was ever fixed. I just felt bad for the old man living below me who must have had flooding several times for the bad plumbing.

Also, the appliances were very old and my refrigerator leaked rusty water inside of it. I asked maintenance to fix it or replace it, and they promptly wiped up the rusty water off the shelves and declared the problem solved.

I do not recommend this complex.
