I've lived in several apartments in Tallahassee and this is by far the worse. I have lived here for less then a year and we have gone through 3 apartment managers. If you call the emergency number in the middle of the night for any kind of emergency including not having hot water in the middle of winter they do nothing to help you. They will tell you, "That's not on our list of emergencies. You can call your leasing office in the morning to request maintenance." The office staff have no idea what is going on in or on the property from nonstop construction to apartment features. The only person that may give you a believable answer is the property manager if you can catch her in the office, That's if another property manager hasn't taken over. False promises and holes in your walls are the only thinks you are guaranteed if you move here. I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worse enemy.
