I moved in last year and when i went to sign my lease i had a refurrel of a friend and they lost it. They tell you about the pools, spa, basketball court, tennis court, racqueball court, and the exercise room but none of them is up to par. The courts needs to be painted, needs nets on the rims, needs a net for the tennis court, the spa havent been open yet, the excercise room NOTHING in there work. Next they say they are kids friendly but what is out there for them to do the pools just opened up two weeks ago, no play ground the kid be all in the middle of the parking lots they cant play in the yards b/c of the dogs. Next maintance before i moved into the apt. someone did touch up painting in the apt. paint was splatter all over, my ice maker,my dishwaser, and my stove did not work. Maintance come up and called their selfs fixing them. I call the office three weeks in a row about something in the apt. that needed to be fixed. I had to clean my own fridge and freezer out it was nasty, and now you can call to get something fixed and it takes forever to see someone or for them to call you back, if they call you back. Alot of the apts has mold in them i have some in mines and all my friends have it in theres, i helped a lady move from one apt to another her whole apt have mold in it, the complex had new tents in the apt in two days they spray painted over the mold instead of fixing the problem they do alot of patch work out there. The buildings are ran down they are doing work to the out side but nothing to the inside. Next management its so much going on there were to begin no one in the office is on the same page one person tell you one thing the next person tell something totally different. I fell that as long as they are getting paid they dont care anything about the tentants they love to verbally threaten people about late fees, they lies about things to get people to move in to the complex. Me personally do not trust anyone thats work in there I call down there one weekend about a problem in the apt at 4:40pm and noone answered the phone i called the emerg. pager noone called back so i walked down to the office the girl is just sitting in the chair while the phone rings, told her the problem and see said it will be the next day before maintance can do it b/c they close in 20 mins. and maintance had left for the day. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT WOULD I RECOMMEND ANY FRIEND YOU TAKE A GUESS AT THAT.
