Though the management has changed twice i really feel like the group of people they have working in the office and the maintenance staff all exceeded my expectations. I've done alot of apartment searching before my final move to Cypress Pointe and have sense concluded i've made the right decision. I feel bad due to the bad wrath they have gotten over the years, and i understand what some of my neighbors are talkign about..last management promised and never fufilled. They have just gotten new equiptment in the gym and fixed the basketball and tennis court. Also they are having alot of fun resident activities, like this weekend me and my family are going to the pool party where they are serving bbq. I feel like they are really trying and some of the my neighbors who have had a chip on their shoulder due to the last management need to see beyong the past and realize the effert the new team is putting forth. When i first moved in my apartment was great and the price i got made it all worth while. All in all i have reccommended this place to my friends, in which i've recieved a check in the mail for my doing so.
