this is a joke
place has drug paraphenalia on grounds
cars race through the parking lot like a highway - drive down the wrong one way roads
nothing gets fixed right the first time
have seen 5 management companies come in here
the staff "yes" you to death and do not do anything
they show favoritisim and it is noisy and dirty
they have breed restrictions but they are not enforced
dumpster always overflowing - laundry is nasty with feces and dirt in it

Why are you still living at that community then? I have lived here for 2 years and have enjoyed being a resident. I'am moving out at the end of this month due to a job relocation and was coming to write a good review about my time here. It just makes me sad after hearing your review because i've had the opposite experience. I know what your talking about with the car situation but after we recieved the warning letter i've noticed a difference, and as far as the trash goes it does get out of hand on the weekends but is always is emptied first thing on Monday morning(i know because i usually leave for work at the same time they are changin the trash machine). I just dont understand why you have such distaste for this community but still live here...
