I am writing because I feel like I need to stick up for Sterling University Grove! I have lived here for a few years & my experience has been great. There was a horrible manager here until recently, but the management has changed and I can already see good changes. The maintenance has been a little slow, but my needs are always met usually within a few days. It is not located in the best part of town, but it is right beside all of the other studnet communities. I have friends who live at Jefferson Pointe and Commons and their experience has been HORRIBLE. Sterling University Grove was defidently a great choice for me.
