I have lived here since 2000 and it has been the greatest for me. After reading the other reviews I could not think of why people would write that stuff. It is not located in Beverly Hills but nothing has happened. Management was sometimes rough but you have to remember that there are two sides to every story. The new manager came about a month or so ago. I think she is great and does a good job. Maintenance has also imporoved but has always been very friendly. I love it here and do not plan on moving until I graduate in 2005. Everyone will always have an opinion but you should try it out so you can have your own. I love it!
